Jerry didn't seem to care if parts were original Dodge parts. I feel he wanted to get the cheapest parts he could find. I had to show him the tire was damaged and needed to be replaced and he wanted to repair the rim instead of replacing it. I could go on and on.

The repair went smoothly, and I frequently received both the email from Cross Creek Subaru and Mr. Jerry Glover to update on the status of the repair. That was excellent! During the several weeks that my car was in the shop, I never had any thought or wonder on the progress of the repair.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Jerry handled my repair service extremely well.The communication was great. It helped me to feel confident that my car was in the right place. I'm very pleased with the prompt time it took. Jerry got me set up one day for a estimate. He told me to drop it off the next day and before I could pick up a rental car the guy in the body shop had already started working on the truck. Everyone did a great job.
