I had my truck stolen and recovered. There was a strong smoke odor ( weed, black and milds, and who knows what else). The deodorizer used did nothing. I work on military installations and was stopped the morning after receiving my vehicle for inspection do to the pungent odor. The shop was very clean and the people working were very helpful. Nothing to do with labor. The bodywork was great. Just wish more care was taken in the detailing.

Eddie Sullivan was great! He regularly updated me on the status of my vehicle; I didn't have to guess at how the work was coming. Speaking of the work, my truck looks better than it did when my wife drove it off the lot! In the future, if I need any body work, I am bringing my vehicle to Cross Creek Subaru.
