The work was great. The only problem was that the car smells like cigarette smoke (which I am moderately allergic to). I coughed all the way to work. I would have expected not to have to smell the smoke from a shop with such a great reputation. I had to put in a new air freshener in hopes that it will remove the odor.

Everyone I dealt with at Jeff's was super nice! They made everything so easy and (not having to ever take my car to the shop after an accident before) it was not the hassle I anticipated it to be. They were quick, courteous, and kept me in the loop through every step of the process. The car came out looking fantastic and I am very pleased with everything they did!

Quality and professionalism of experience was unparalleled. From the moment we walked into the lobby, to the moment we drove away with our repaired Highlander, everything exceeded our expectations. Office staff are thoughtful, courteous and really know their job, and the business. The team in the garage are nothing less than magicians! Repairs were flawless, paint and body work did more than fix the damage, it "transformed" a 10 year old SUV! This is our third experience and they just keep getting better. It truely takes away a lot of the mental and emotional stress of being in an accident knowing that the work will be this caliber and the personal treatment will be so good.

Drove my jeep home today. Hit horrible traffic. The 3 hour ride to Atlantic City took 5 hours - but I didn't mind. My Jeep looked better than when I bought it and it is running like its brand new. Outstanding job ????????

I was completely satisfied and surprised at not only the excellent repair work, but the fantastic treatment I received from the whole team. I was amazed at the e-mail updates, the speed and quality of the repair and the friendliness of the office staff. My doctors and their staffs could take a lesson from the Jeff's Body Shop Team.
