There were scratches on my door that were not caused by the accident, but I asked them to get me a quote to buff them out separate from the repairs needed due to the accident. The guy said they would just have the service guy buff them out for me. I was fine paying for this, but they said they would get it done. I picked up my car and it was not done. I was upset and disappointed .
