Overall things went well. Worst part was that when the work was complete with replacing my sunroof, its like someone forgot to clean up their mess. Sunroof was clean on the outside but a mess on the inside and the residue and dust was scattered throughout my truck. Kelly was great and so was the front desk however I didn't deliver my car a dusty mess and didn't expect it to be delivered back that way.

Enjoyed finding my car clean on the inside, which was a surprise and the repairs were completed to my satisfaction. The team at moody's was great working with. If I should need this type of work done in the future. I certainly would be back and also would recommend Moody's to my friends as well

Sadly this the 3rd time your Augusta office work on my car. This time I was not satisfied or happy with the work done. The seemed like they really didn’t care much about fixing it or even seeing it. I called again Friday morning. No call back hopefully tmrw.
