From start to finish, it was so easy to work with everyone. I was kept informed of the timeframe, anticipated work to be done, and all was done in a friendly and professional manner. Dave Mastriana was an incredible resource to me. He made suggestions on how to navigate the often confusing process of an insurance claim. When searching for a collision establishment to do my repairs, I called three places and am so happy I got Dave on the phone to help. He is pragmatic, honest, knowledgeable, and conscientious. I am very, very happy with the work done at Moody’s and forever grateful Dave was at the helm guiding me through this process. Thank you Moody’s for your expert staff and excellent service.

I was initially told that the shop was so backed up you were unlikely to fix my car until September...but Rich got it back to me in 2 weeks! I'm so relieved and grateful. After I took my car home I must have driven through wet tar that picked up a bunch of pebbles, cause my car started making a weird sound that I could tell was related to the revolution of the tires, but couldn't tell what was causing it, so I called Rich who had me come by right away. He looked at the tires, figured out it was the tar blob, and removed it and cleaned my tire himself on the spot even though it wasn't ultimately related to the repairs. It all couldn't have been a better experience.

The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. I was always kept up to date with the status of my car by David. I was also happily surprised that my car was washed and the inside cleaned. I was totally satisfied with my experience at Moody's in Scarborough.
