I appreciated being told an estimate on how long it would take, and then receiving an update call mid way through the service. The service took as long as I was quoted, but even if it had been longer it would have been fine because I received an update and was kept in the loop.
Service was great, as always!!
Also super easy to get/drop off the rental car

Certainly not your fault for the time. Just a couple of small things; failure to return a call, asked to have air (50 psi) put in the tires, and not quite sure of one part of the repair work. Enjoyed working with the staff.

Matt was very professional and kept me up to date on repair progress. The car looks great — you’d never know it had been damaged. I especially appreciate that when I picked it up it was clean. Because Moody’s is on a “preferred” list with my insurance, the estimate was not questionable and payment was straightforward. Thank you to the team at Moody’s from a very satisfied customer.

When I picked up car there were bubbles in the paint and a missing piece from the front end. I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks and have called a few times for confirmation as to when it can go back in to be fixed.I was told 2 days ago it will be next Tuesday yet I am still waiting for confirmation about a rental car.
