It took a very long time to get very minor work done. Poor communication, no parts were ordered until I called back. Then was scheduled out a good couple weeks. Then the time I agreed to was not scheduled. Offered Monday, I would never make any appointments on Mondays due to work. I asked if Wednesday or Thursday would work instead. Agreed to Wednesday. Only to find (thankfully I called to check on a gut feeling) it wasn't..........

Picked up truck only to find that the taillight that had been replaced was not working. If I had not checked this out, I would have driven off with no working brake lights because of a blown taillight fuse. Also, the rear quarter panel was replaced due to being damaged, however, the wheel well trim was not replaced and this was all scratched up and looks like hell now where it is attached to the new quarter panel. This small piece should have been included in the estimate. I think you are more interested in looking out for the insurance company than you are for the customer.

I was totally pleased with Moody's in every way. I would suggest that Enterprise tell loners where the headlights , defroster/heater and windshield wipers are in their cars, especially during the winter. I should have asked before driving away!!!!

Too many texts and requests gor feed back. Workman ship.is good, but you front desk was not warm or clear on status and noted that texts were from the insurance company, and not to be trusted.
