First of all, Soozy is the perfect receptionist! She is very welcoming and makes you feel like she is happy to see you, that you are important, and she will do whatever it takes to “get the job done “! The gentleman (sorry I don’t remember his name) who came to take care of the job was also very friendly, efficient, and made me feel important. I was totally comfortable while waiting (which was not long at all)).
Also, the gentleman who did the estimate was also very polite and made me feel like no repair was too small!

I always feel well taken care of at Moody's. Ben went out of his way to try and buff out the scratches to see if he could save me the time and expense of the repair. He inspires trust. Soozy is great to deal with. The facility itself is welcoming and spotless. Last, but not least, my Murano was repaired quickly and thoroughly. Moody's--"The Way Business Should Be."

They were very professional, almost impossible to see what was repaired. Had a small discrepancy , they took my vehicle back into the shop 15:00 minutes later I was on my way home very happy with the service.

IIknow that Moody’s Collision is a big business but it did not have that feel . No hassle, no wait, no crowded mayhem; just quick professional interaction and a great result, finished when promised. Over the years we’ve hit a bear, had a rear-end accident by a guy who wasn’t looking, slid on ice into a boulder in a parking lot, had a woman back up into our car, and a guy who was driving in the breakdown lane clipped my fight side. Each time, Moody’s has been there for us!
We wouldn’t go to you folks if we were not absolutely sure we would be satisfied. Our vehicles always come back to us on schedule, looking about as good as the day they were purchased and with no surprise extra charges. More than that, the folks that wait on us are easy to talk to and very professional. The body people know their job and do it well.
