Moody's Collision Centers - Sanford/Springvale

On a recent road trip the front wheel wheel well started vibrating at higher speeds! I know I should have called but am not sure when we will be up in Maine to get it fixed / checked. !!!it is quite loud and annoying. I am really one who never complains but is this a safety concern???? Please respond.

Communication was great. They kept me informed of the status of my repair.

Took a week longer than estimated. They sent you the wrong bumper twice. You initially delivered the vehicle without having the collision system and the automated headlight feature reprogrammed. It took two more days to get this done. You sent a tire and rim out to repair the rim. When I picked up the vehicle the first time it drove a little weird and I discovered the tire had 44 PSI which is over 10 pounds too much. You did offer us a rental after I brought our vehicle back to reprogram the collision system and headlights. You asked me what type of vehicle I wanted and I explained that my wife was involved with a craft show and needed something roomy to pack and move some things. You said I would get some type of van but instead all they had was a subcompact Hyundi. We were extremely inconvenienced for the additional 6 days, beyond the scheduled 5 days, we were without our vehicle. Moody's spends a lot of money advertising how great they are. Based on my experience, you have a long way to go before you achieve greatness.

They did an excellent job on my car. They kept me informed while working on it and finished in a timely manner.

The repairs were first rate and fully acceptable. Communication prior to dropping off the vehicle and during repair could stand some improvement.

Extremely pleased with the repair process and final repairs. You all are amazing and I sincerely appreciate your services. I wouldn’t take my vehicles to anyone outside of the Moodys Family to do any collision work.
