Satisfied but not completely.
At pick-up after work was finished my car would not start. The battery was “dead.”
My battery was nearly new so I was surprised and disappointed.
A technician was called to jumpstart the battery, which he did, remarking that if this persisted that it was “time for a new battery.”
The battery was good when I dropped the car off and it is good now.
Somehow, it was run down when the car was there.
Make sure that the car starts when the customer arrives, do not run it down while there and do not suggest a new battery when not needed.
A little thing at the return of the vehicle is not good.
