Body line is not straight, small chip in the bondo at area of repair, and there are paint drips around my tail light

All things considered, this entire process could not of gone better/smoother. The entire team was amazing, the rental process was smooth, I had my vehicle back looking brand new in a matter of a week. They kept me posted the whole time so I never had to call or wonder. But the BEST part, was little Bulldog Pablo! He made the time at the shop amazing! I vote that he gets promoted to FULL time shop dog. He's absolutely adorable :-)

I was never in an accident before, and colliding with a deer was a harrowing experience. The front of my car was badly damaged. Ken was very caring and understanding. He clearly demonstrated having my best interest in mind and would not settle for less than the best he knew Moody's could provide. He consistently reached out to keep me informed. He was receptive to phone calls and questions whenever I had them. He treated me respectfully and like an equal while he educated me about the process of the repair, the language of the repair process, and costs. Everyone who picked up the phone was welcoming, clear, and efficient. The team made it easy for me drop off and pick up vehicle when it was convenient for me. My car looks just like a new and I felt safe and relaxed on the drive home despite inclement weather. I was greatly impacted by the pandemic and my car was the only asset I was able to maintain as I've worked my way back. This car symbolizes personal resilience, and I am so grateful to have my little Nissan back.

From the first time I walked through the door until I picked up my car the receptionist and Ken were very helpful. The person I worked close with in regards to what was happening with my car was Ken. He made sure I knew what stage my car was in the repair faze. Always keeping up to date. To the crew who worked on my car a job well done. Thank you ????

I would definitely do business with Moody’s Collision Center in Biddeford. Joel was very professional and courteous during my contact with him. The repairs on my vehicle were top notch, and I believe they cleaned my vehicle when repairs were completed.

There were some plastic rivets in the wheel well that were left untrimmed
