Your communication and interaction with customer was extremely on point. The repair work was completed exactly on time with the estimate of completion. I tried to clean my car before bringing it in and it appears it was detailed inside and out when I picked it up! Everyone was very professional. Gave me timely updates regarding my car. Explained the process very well. Being able to get a rental car and drop off at the same location was nice. 100% satisfied. I’d use Moody’s and would refer to them in the future.

The service and ease was excellent. however, I notice that the rear door that was replaced feels less substantial, it closes differently (not smooth as before) and there is a rattle. It seems hollow inside and there is something loose inside.

Just want to thank the team at Moodys for doing such a great job fixing the damage done to my Dodge Durango... she now, again, looks as badass as she sounds! :) Special thanks to Justin for his continous communication with me throughout the two weeks that it was at the collision center and to everyone who stayed a short bit late that Monday that I picked my vehicle up, to be sure that it was clean and ready for me! I am very pleased with the work done and have already recommended Moodys Collision Center- Portland to a couple people in need of repairs.
