The quality of the bumper is perfectly satisfactory. Your customer service person and the consultant that I worked with were great.
One issue - when I picked up the car, the battery had been run down - probably during the post-repair detailing. Your team boosted it and had it checked at Napa. It read on low but acceptable. This past weekend, it died and I ended up replacing it.
I consider this a fluke incident. I still appreciate the good work you did.

I have never been in a accident that has been so impacted my life.
A little fender bender that my insurance didn't want to cover. Every step of the way Justin worked the process and we talked about options. I never felt like a number as dealing with progressive.
I lost my house, job, transportation to anywhere. 6 weeks of hell. Justin and your team put my car back together.
It's a car but in my world it is everything. Thank you for your team!
