My Kia is still not running right after taking it in 3 times to them. They also didn't like that my own mechanic found stuff they missed and now are doing everything they can to say it was not part of they accident. I'll be taking it to a dealership that can do the work right when it leaves me stranded here soon. I was made to feel like a dumb girl. Praying for Karma. I have been relying on my vehicle to shop for my high risk parents during COVID-19 and won't be able to when I'm stranded on the side of the road because you people don't know what you are doing! Pretty bad when I call other places for opinions and they sigh when they hear Moody's has had it.

The Enterprise rental car was perfectly coordinated to our schedule. We were also happily surprised that our car was professionally detailed, inside and out, prior to delivery.
