The job took 3 weeks to complete & my car was not cleaned as promised. There is still tape marks on my car that were not removed. Also, extra bolts & a round rubber piece were left in my car. Hopefully these items were not to something important.

I prefer that I not be contacted by a representative. The repairs were fine, which is the main thing. The concern is lack of communication (nearly all communication was initiated by me) and slow response time. Otherwise, all was well.
