Bumpus Body Shop North

The shop took way more than enough time to complete my vehicle. I was told by the insurance company covering for the repair that with all the parts it still should have only been a 15 day job, and that the standard is for my car to be worked on at least 3 hours a day, which if you do the math you guys obviously did not accomplish. Because it took so unreasonably long to fix the vehicle, the insurance company wasn’t able to fully cover my rental due to them not being able to explain to their higher ups why you guys took that long to fix a door with some internal damage. I understand parts needed to be ordered and waited on, but with this situation it is flat out shady, lazy, and just horrible service. There’s no need in calling back from this unless it’s to pay for the rental fee I’m being charged. If I ever get asked for recommendation on a good body shop to go to, I’m going to say “definitely not Bumpus”

Amazing job everyone involved with my car. Thanks for the guy that fixed the scratch on my spittler. This is my first experience with you and very happy with everything. Missed one detail of the job my bowtie is a lighted one and forgot to plug it in. No big deal. I fixed it after i got home just simple plug it in but could of been avoided. only took me 20 minutes and it was working again. Thanks for taking care of my car and getting it fixed up and looking awesome again.

Honestly one of the best if the best Auto Shops in Clarksville. When a local business you trust highly recommends another local business then you know that you will be getting excellent service. The owner and personal that work at Bumpus are not only the most professional people that work hard and are devoted to there customers but they are the more selfless shop this side of the Mason Dixon Line. I would never go anywhere else in Montgomery country as long as the people and service stays the same which I know both will.
