You were very good in completing the car, and having it back to use in a timely basis.

I feel it took longer to complete than it should have. The doors will not unlock when I approach the car as they should. I have to physically unlock the doors.

It’s a excellent job like new I will recomend.

I would like to start off with communication. Communication was outstanding! I was briefed in every faze of the process. I was personally contacted by the collision center manager 4 times during the process. The manager came out with me and gave a thourough description of replacing parts and completed work. He informed me with the service warranty and told me to personelly call him if I’m not happy with anything. I WILL rocommend this service center to all my friends and fellow Military service memebers. Thank you!!

Read sent e-mail Spc Spiro Retired doesn’t care the for quality in craftsmanship or lack of common sense involved in any of the crap that’s gone on since my vehicle was repaired at your facility or being blown off by your service adviser Linda and Who ever else I’m not surprised by this I have the quote written Down from your waiting room as I typed in .Me that’s not a full size spare and I cannot go interstate speeds with it can I ? Your service adviser remark- were just going to try and get you home-smart ?this was before knowing it was both rims trashed .im really wishing it would have been that case and I could have gone somewhere close to wear ever after this .But yes I’ve lured from it .hopefully your work or lack of is warrantable at another dealership since I was contacted over wear my tires went and the vehicle know goes to the left and you didn’t drive it after the repairs either makes since after to me for a vehicle that hit pipe doing about 65mph then shut off and had be put into nutral and back to park to be turn on from the impact.but what would I know I did my time in that business then got life and went somewhere.
