They told me I would get my truck on Wednesday via text message, called them at 4 pm they told me I could get it the next day, waited all day Thursday called them twice finally at around 4 pm they told me I could get it first thing Friday morning, finally got called at ****:30 pm to come in and pick up my truck. you want your customers satisfied don't **** them around for 2 days.

Auto text messages were completely misleading. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone to confirm status of vehicle. Thus twice I made arrangements to leave work early and get someone to pick me up to take me to cbs before it closed, only to find out that car wasn't actually ready.

Thee WA no communication about delays. I had to call several times for an update on th status. When the delay was explained it was reasonable. The lack of communication regarding the delay. The last text I got was that it was almost completed. I had to call 2 more times for an explaination.
