It took too long and the contents in the back were not put back in place. The cargo cover which I never use was not put back and it was diifficult to fit back in the space because the other items trailer hitch were out of place.

I am very happy with the repairs to my car and the service I received. When I picked up my car, it had been thoroughly washed and the damaged areas completely restored. I am hopeful the repairs will hold up for the life of the car.

The body shop missed some obvious damage under the hood. The hood had to be lifted to do any repairs. I am certain this will be repaired to my satisfaction soon.

I appreciate the staff taking extra time to insure the body damage was repaired correctly. I understand there was a need to disconnect the battery to the door damage. I do not understand why some of the features are not available to include the interior lights. I plan to call the body shop this morning and assume this will mean another period where I will be without my car. Last but just as frustrating was the way I was treated or actually ignored by the initial person that provided the quote. All papers were filled out with my name as the owner. When reviewing the quote, I was completely ignored while he spoke to my husband. I found his actions to be completely unprofessional and insulting. The person I worked with from that point forward is professional, personable and a pleasure to work with.

My repair claim was handled in an efficient, professional manner from start to finish. The damage to my car was repaired perfectly.

Appreciate the personal attention from Dave, Ashley and the others. They kept me abreast of how repairs were progressing. I also greatly appreciate their efforts in making sure my car was restored to showroom condition. It did not come across that this was not just another "job" to them, but their personal attention and efforts showed it was much more than that.

The body work was superb and the paint matched very well. The only issue was a very small dent in the rear wheel that neither of us noticed.I had not noticed until a day or two later when I washed the truck.

They were extremely easy to work with, in fact they did all the work and I was very well taken care of from the estimate to the rental car and staying in touch regarding my repairs. I don't think I could have had a better experience.
