Amazing attention to detail and quality of work. Also repairing my car extremely timely. Even cleaning the inside of my car was exceptional.

All positive, fast service and awesome to be able to get my rental at the body shop instead of having to pick it up at the rental place. Only complaint was that the rental car reeked of smoke so I had to go and switch it out at the car rental place.

We have used Senn’s in the past and have always been completely satisfied with their work!! Also, their team has always been polite, friendly and competent. We have recommended Senn’s to friends and family.

As I told Bryan, the employee who helped me, I had a great experience with Senn’s. From the beginning, everyone I spoke to -from the secretary to the mechanics- were kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Initially I was going to take my car to a family friend but upon meeting the staff at Senn’s, I decided to get it done there. I was kept up to date on everything going on with my car, and every question I had was answered. The price was fair and was exactly what the initial estimate was. I was nervous when I had to get a car repair done; being a younger single female I feel that people can easily take advantage of me. I shared that with Bryan as we did the final inspection of my car post-repair. I also shared that I was so happy to have found such a great repair shop to fix my car (especially since it was the first new one I’ve ever bought!) I have already recommended Senn’s to my friends and coworkers and will continue to do so in the future. While I hope I never have to have anything done to my car again due to an accident, I’m comforted by knowing if I do there is a place and a group of people that will take great care of me!
