Great service from Jeff in auto body. Cashier at Columbia IL was abrupt. Exterior of car had not been washed. First oil change was requested and was not done. No one stayed to go over repairs with us, porter just handed us the key.

Didn’t appreciate my car not being worked on for almost 5 days when all parts were in. I’m positive the car would not have been worked on unless I hadn’t called State Farm to get the **** rolling. After the phone call the work was magically underway. Caught the body shop manager in several lies. when I got my car back the work was rushed and was not right. Had to return to have the work completed. When picking up the truck for the second time I now see I have a door ding in the passenger side door. This vehical is brand new with little to no miles (9,000). The billing department was less then pleasant as well. The older lady at the counter made me feel like a burden for using my GMC credit card points for paying the bill. I have been a loyal GM owner for 20+ years and expected better. Won’t be back to Weber chevy.

Repair was done well but my car sat on the lot, while I paid for a rental car, for four days before they began work. I learned of this because I was told it would be ready on the fourth day after delivery. I was not called or notified but rather found out when I called to confirm it would be ready that day as disclosed.

I noticed something wrong with my repair

My car was repaired back to great condition. I was not completely satisfied with the level of customer service at some points in the repair process. The lady I spoke to and encountered when scheduling the repair was nice. The gentleman I checked my car in with was very nice and welcoming. However, that’s where the good service ended. My car was with Weber Chevrolet for 3 days, and in that time I did not receive one phone call, email, text message, voicemail, etc. about the status of my car. I called at the end of the 2nd day to check, and was informed that my car was in paint and would be done the next day and I would receive a call that day. I was also informed that the computers and phones were taken out and replaced, so the staff hadn’t had access to either until right before I called. If that was happening, I should have been informed ahead of time that no one would be available for some/most of that day. By later afternoon on the 3rd day I called again to see if my car was ready, as I hadn’t received a call. The lady I spoke with said she left me a message that it was done. I let her know that I hadn’t received a call or message. I made it to the dealership’s service area about an hour later, to pick up my car. I was supposed to sign some paper and then pick up my car. As I drove in a nice gentleman at the 2nd desk directed me to where I should go/park. There was also a nice lady and service gentleman who further helped direct me. However, the next lady I encountered at the window was very dry and not welcoming at all. I don’t even think she spoke back, after I spoke to her. She got some forms, had me sit the rental car’s keys in a space between the plexiglass, handed me the forms and that was it. She didn’t ask me to sign anything, nor did she say thank you, have a nice day, nothing! I walked over to my car, looked at the back end where the work was done, made sure it looked good, and then I left. I did have to go back up to the window and get the rental keys, because I left something in the rental. The lady, again, did not say thank you or anything, but she was not unpleasant that time. I was very disappointed that no one met me at my car to discuss the work done, make sure I was satisfied with it, to say thank you for choosing to have the repair done there, etc. I was in disbelief at how lacking the communication and customer service was at multiple points in this repair process. The work performed was done well, but because of the poor customer service about half of the time and non-existent communication, I would not recommend Weber Chevrolet.

I’m 68 yrs. old I have never had a car repaired so fast after having body damage & all of the body damag was restored to perfection as if nothing had ever happened to my suv. I was really impressed & satisfied with your work & how u kept me informed every step through the process.
