This is the best customer service I have experienced. Everyone is very kind and has great knowledge of vehicles. The prices are extremely fair, but they really keep you up to date on repairs. They also finished my car 24 hours before expected.

From start to finish received outstanding customer care. My car looks brand new. After repair was completed a minor paint flaw was pointed out to me which I would have never noticed had Apple not volunteered to take accountability for it. I appreciated their honesty. I was also initially concerned about "after market" parts being used on my car. I can attest to the fact that they do not use them. They do in fact stand behind their work, and, should the need ever arise again I would not hesitate to return to Apple. I highly recommend them for your auto/collision repair needs. Believe me,I am not getting paid to make this statement nor solicit their services. I just happen to be one very satisfied customer.
