I was absolutely blown away by how clean the car was when we picked it up. It looked and smelled like a brand new car! Repair ended up taking twice as long as originally promised. 4 phone calls and three changes to the completion date later, I was finally able to get me car. I also feel as though they should have gone the extra mile and called and asked about touching up stone chips immediately next to the bumber they repaired. The gal I spoke to said they don't do that because some people complain.I think they should at least ask the customer and let them decide. Also, they only vacummed the front floors of my vehicle? Back floor and cargo area were not touched with vacuum. That's taking a short cut and a hurry up and get done without paying full attention to detail in my opinion. I expected more from BMW. Purchasing the car was a great and very professional experience and I was very pleased with the purchase of the vevicle and my salesman. Too bad collision doesn't follow the same professional protocol as sales!

I am extremely happy with my vehicle after the damage was repaired, I was also very impressed with being able to have a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired, I felt like part of the Sun motor car family !!!!!

The car was not finished upon its scheduled due date nor was I notified until late
in the day . I was then notified the car had been picked up and so I believed it had been delivered by Sun BMW... only to get home and not find it there . I now have to make alternate arrangements to pickup my car which will invariably cost
me money as my efforts for the past two days have been foiled .
As a customer who through insurance and my pocket has now spent 15k in
your repair bays this year alone , please allow me to say this could have been handled better
