When I arrived to pick up my car, no one was there to go over my car explaining what was done to it and if it was to my satisfaction I had spoken to Pete earlier in the day stating I was going to be there at 3:15 and I was. When I left I noticed that my car was very dusty on the inside which it was not handed to you that way. There were also hand prints all over the passenger side windows which were not present when dropping the car off. There is also some form a clear substance on the windshield that looked like it was sprayed on which I can not get off now. I am disappointed in how I recieved the car back and thought that it should have been cleaned better.

The service from GEICO and Mikes was very professional and polite. However Mikes quality was lacking. The back door of the van is rubbing against the bumper, there is paint on the black part of the bumper, and there is a very noticeable ridge of paint on the side of the bumper. I just haven't had the time to bring the van back.
