I thank you so much for all the updates via text, it was great keeping me in the loop of the progress and all the calls with any issues and concerns. One small issue no big deal but the estimated time provided was for Friday I was getting updates until Friday morning and after that I didn’t receive any at all. I got the car few days after the day I was told it’s okays but please don’t stop the updates it prevents the customer from calling everyday for updates.. you guys did a great job.

This was the best Auto body shop experience I have ever had. The entire process was professional, transparent and consistently updated. The flexibility shown in enabling me to combine insurance repairs with other needed repairs while keeping the overall cost quite reasonable created a delightful experience. My car looks like new and everything was done exactly as planned and on time.

Everyone of the staff was very helpful with great attitude and professionalism. The work on the vehicle was great. My vehicle looks brand new again. It was a positive experience as this type of experiences is rare in the service industry these days.

The service was amazing! Everyone from the receptionist to the mechanics, were extremely polite and helpful. They explained to me what needed to be repaired, they made arrangements to get me transportation to Hertz for the rental, and they fixed my Mazda in record time. They were also very understanding and flexible with me about dropping off my car and bringing back the rental. I can’t speak enough about the service at Sunrise, this has to be the best service I’ve ever received at an auto repair shop!
