I want no contact. One representative had no experience with invoices or math and told me my final pay to the shop would be the items they bought and the installation and paint etc. The owner, told me a slight different amount by about 50 & I went with it. Now my amount has tripled (now that my car is due) and this is an absolute disappointment. I'm at a loss of words and have no desire to speak to anyone here. I will pay my full balance and learn from this experience.
