The texts said the vehicle would be ready on Friday at 5:30 PM. Church's close on Friday at noon. My son when to pick it up and it was closed till Monday. On Monday I called and the door hadn't been painted yet. It wasn't ready till Tuesday afternoon. So I would describe the service as slow with bad/ false information flow to us. Would not recommend them.

Church's was polite, friendly and anxious to make certain that I was clear about the process of repairing my Jeep. I left the lot feeling like this was going to be a positive experience... And it was.
I took delivery of my Jeep today and I couldn't be happier. It looks (and runs)like it did in 2007. Well done to Church's Automotive. And also to USAA. I remembered only too clearly why I have USAA insurance and I'm grateful for their honesty and integrity. Thank you both, Bill

We feel they went above and beyond to help us. We had a family emergency and they worked very hard to get our van fixed so we could get on the road. There work was outstanding. I will use them again and tell our friends about there great service and awesome work.
