I am so impressed and totally amazed with the repair and service that was done on my car. Just knowing that every but of the car was restored and checked over and over again for safety is very comforting. I appreciate the professionalism with all employees of Mayfield Collision including the Enterprise reps that are on site. I really like that I can follow along with the repairs and how staff called with updates. The convenience of being able to pick up/drop off after hours was best. Thank you so much for the excellent repair to my Cadillac bumper. The workmanship is outstanding. Special thanks to Lee Bock for his expertise in explaining everything and keeping us informed on the progress with the replacement. Everyone was most helpful and courteous on our visits to the shop. This was our first experience ever with a body shop and we could not be any happier with the service and the results. the actual cost was twice the estimate. it was all covered by insurance, however I would have had the opportunity to re evaluate what I wanted to do.

I was kind of doubtful of my car being fixed to my expectations when I first dropped it off, I'm real picky and I kind of misunderstood what the representative was saying about the way it would be fixed but at the end I was more then satisfied when I picked up my car , Thanks again
