It took longer than expected for the collision repair due to incorrect information being put out. But I am more than satisfied with the outcome. Randall Wood went above and beyond to get the help I needed and in contact with Jennifer. She was extremely polite and professional. She took the time to explain everything in detail to me. The only thing I would comment is that the work was done on my car before I knew what was wrong with it and how much it would cost. I was happy with the speed in which the repair took but I would have liked to know what I was paying for first

yhe main piece was not repair bc honda order the wrong side of it. put ne in an enterprise in which the customer had to pay 50 dollar deposit when is a deficiensy from the dealer counting the vehicle is a 2018 ridgline so the wait of time and how everything turn out i am defenetly not satisfied

Communication throughout process has room for improvement. Management of repair timeline expectations could have been better. Once I spoke to representative in person everything was perfect.

Can't tell that it was repaired

We brought our car in for a recall and oil change. When we picked up our car, it had a dent in the back door. Expected a huge hassle, we were worried about how Honda would handle it. Randall immediately took action and got our car back to have it fixed, no hassle. Jessica worked closely to help with rentals and made my children feel like it was SO exciting to go to the "car-place." Brandi is always willing to help any way she can. Also, when we pulled into the service department, Eric had our paperwork before we were out of our rental. Overall, we were blown away by our service. Our car looks beautiful. Thank you so much!
