After leaving Osteens I noticed front end damage to our repaired suv. Damage was not there prior to leaving car with Osteen. Looks like damaged occurred while on Osteen property. Walk thru with rep showed no damage to vehicle except rear bumper.

I had a good bit of repair residue in the car and streaks in the clear coat that needed to be buffed out upon pickup. Additionally, there was a rattle in the door and the interior door latch was loose, all results of the repair. The repair coordinators were very professional and helpful during the repair process. The plan is to bring the car back in and repair these items.

Very professional they stayed on top of being in touch with the insurance company. The person that hit my car was not in contact with his own company and therefore osteen's had to step in and make sure things kept moving forward
