I'm extremely satisfied with O'Steens Auto and Body Repair My Husband and I have been customers for years and have always been pleased with the service and staff.

Super friendly & personable staff. Service was excellent!

Bumper cover is still sticking out. Came back the day after delivery to resolve the issue. Thought it was resolved. Woke up the next morning, went around to put something in the trunk and noticed the cover is still sticking out. Just don't have time to keep coming back to fix it.

I got quotes from Osteens, ****, and Autonation. Osteens was 34% higher but Marty was the only estimater to get on the ground and assess the damage from underneath the truck; and his itemized estimate was a couple pages and captured more detail than the others. Which led me to believe that the final bil would be considerably higher than the estimate AND the work not as detail conscious. I was kept apprised as to when the parts would arrive and notified during off hours over the weekend as to changes In due date. But the work was completed progress and work was completed on time and what a job! Yes, it cost more than what I expected but considering the scope as detailed in the estimate, the aluminum body and final outcome, It looked brand new and every interaction with the staff was courteous and professional. You get what you pay for and I've no regrets going with highest estimate in lieu of the lowest. As I imagine their work would've reflected the costs.

Third time I have had body work done by your body shop. I have had great service and a great outcome each time! Thanks.
