When repairs were completed and my vehicle was returned to me I noticed that my back left cover of my luggage rack was missing once I got the vehicle home. I contacted the shop immediately to discuss this matter and I was told that the detail guys noticed this, and they would look around for it. My question is, if the detail guys noticed this missing why was it not brought to my attention at that time, why did I have to make this discovery on my own only to be told they already knew? There should have been an inspection of my vibe with an employee present. I do not appreciate the "Not my problem" attitude that I received. I want my part back, or replaced at no cost to me, ASAP! I will be contacting my insurance company to get this missing part matter resolved.
