I felt the team did really good on following up with me after I got the qoute to get it repaired. This was the first time I processed a claim and the help provided was much appreciated.I'm really surprised that it was done so quickly. The quality was perfect too.

Very impressed with the job, not impressed with the amount of time it took. We were told it would be done Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday.. Was not done till 2:00 on Thursday. I was told there were painting errors causing it to gave to be redone
That was our only issue.

R&G went above and beyond the normal circumstances in getting me through this tough time , it was the best service I could have ever imagined . I've worked with other paint and body shops in the past such as Alex's paint and body and Quality paint and body. But the service I received from them was not as satisfactory as I received from R&G ..I will always request R&G they gave me the best customer service I could dream of .. Thank you all for your hard work and getting me back on the road .
