Szott M-59 Collision , Inc

I had asked that my oil get changed and my tires rotated while it was in the collision shop for 16 days, they did not change the oil or rotate tires I also had s recall that never got looked at the whole 16 days my car was there at Szott. Tyler did call the next day but the only reason he called me was because of the text survey that let them know that he had not done ? these items. He did have someone get my car but again I asked him on the phone if they could wash my car again, he said no problem. Well, I got my car back dirty ! Also, before I drove off when picking up my car yesterday, I had asked Tyler straight out if these things had gotten done. He said no. What he should have said was no but I will take care of them ASAP. It would have saved him a good customer! I have leased over 4 cars from Szott. I do not usually do reviews but this was warranted! Thanks

It took 6 weeks to repair. The day I picked it up the left blinker did not work. They stated it was faulty and waited for them to repair.
