There were a few snags along the way with my repair, but Rodney called to keep me fully informed of the progress every step of the way! I came in a total of 3times and everyone I encountered was Very professional from the ladies in the front office to the car porter who handed me my keys once the job was completed! 5? Treatment especially seeing that I have a Dodge!

I was disappointed to find that my car interior reeked of a strong chemical smell. I had to drive home with the windows down because it was so bad. After a day of having the windows open there was still that stink, so I went through my car looking for a rag or something that might have been left behind. I found a faint blue imprint of a hand on the passenger door panel, who ever made it used a very strong paint remover to clean it. I know that doing auto body repairs your hands can get dirty, but use a little common sense and wash them before doing anything to the interior. This one thing ruined whatever goodwill I had for Village Ford.
