Jan and the Cushman team did a outstanding job on repairing my vehicle. Jan made and took the time to go over all of the details. She did not rush it or did any fast talking like the other competitors do to confused customers. I love the daily emails, texts or calls that kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle. Having to get your car repaired is an inconvenience, especially if the accident wasn't your fault. But my experience with Cushman was seamless! I dealt with Ashton and Jan, both were wonderful to work with and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Cushman's!

Your question does not adequately assess the interactions and experience at Cushman. I am satisfied with the interactions and service from the estimator and the skilled craftsmen who repaired my vehicle. I am not satisfied with the delay of repairing my vehicle nor the reception service provided. Upon entering the business doors, I was not greeted nor asked to be helped, rather ignored until I explained why I was there. Upon entering the business, I was not shown your confidence in the company or in taking care of my car by the initial reception. After I was asked my name I was then asked to complete forms I had already completed and when I explained that I was there to drop off my vehicle, at the time you scheduled, and pick up a rental vehicle for the week, I was again met with discrediting of your and Enterprise's service, thus causing me to again question my decision to contract with Cushman. Towards the end of repairs, Ashlyn called me to tell me I could pick up my car, but when I returned the call to Jan, she explained that it was not actually ready yet and would take another day to finish. Jan then personally text me when the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Those portions of the experience aside, Cushman did a great repair and Jan Brinkman was very professional in taking care of me and my beloved car.
