I was totally satisfied with the Customer Service. Initially I had my appraisal done by Kendricks they were unorganized and had horrible service. I than decided to use Cushman which was an excellent selection. I was extremely pleased with Brandon, he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will recommend Cushman for years to come. Not to mention the spectacular quality of work performed.

This was our first time using Cushman Paint & Body. We had a great experience. With this being our daughter's first accident (hit and run) in a newer car a lot of our stress with the whole situation was alleviated. We had very quick and kind service. We appreciated the phone calls and text messages to keep us updated. Everything insurance related went directly through Cushman which made the entire process even easier. Thank you so much!

Very pleased with the service and workmanship. I brought my car on Monday morning and was able to pick it up Tuesday by lunch. I will definitely refer friends here.

Brandon was very helpful explained the repair process and went to great lengths to ensure my wife was satisfied with the repairs of her video. I havent seen the vehicle yet but my wife is haply with the repair work that is done.

During those years I have seen a lot of companies providing service.The two most important people that a company has is the first person of the company they encounter and the very last person of the company they encounter when they pick up their car.. In both cases I was very impressed by the professionalism ,veracity and diligence that both Brandon, and a very nice young lady that was so kind to me as to go out in the lot to get my car so I didn't have struggle with my cane and bad balance to get it.I came in late due to very heavy traffic and she was on the way out to go home ,but took the time off the clock to help[ this old NAVY SAILOR GET SAFELY INTO HIS CAR.WOW!!!
