The car was promised on Thursday. I got updates daily until the Wednesday before then there were no updates and no call to say the car was ready for pick up on Thursday. I called on Friday and was told the car was not ready and will not be until Monday as it needed to be checked by the QC manager. I like the system in place with the QC checking the vehicle before it is released. They dropped the **** with the communications I am completely satisfied with the work done.

My experience with Jimmy Cushman Paint & Body has been nothing short of amazing. I was informed of everything that was being done to my vehicle, and was updated regularly. My adjuster Brandon was amazing and very helpful throughout this entire ordeal. I will highly recommend Cushman Paint & Body to everyone I know.

While my car was being repaired, I received texts stating that my car was scheduled to be finished on Wednesday at 6 pm. I received an additional text that the car repair was on schedule. I decided to wait until Thursday morning to call to see if I could pick up my car. I was told Bruce was with a customer, so I left a message. I didn't receive a return phone call on Thursday. I called back on Friday and I was told again that Bruce was with a customer. I explained I had left a message the previous day and I hadn't received a return phone call. I was put on hold and Bruce answered. He explained that they had lost my key fob and that I would need to bring my extra key fob by so he could get a replacement fob from Nissan. I wish I had been called earlier so I could have brought the key fob by earlier. If I hadn't called back on Friday, I'm not sure when I would have been informed about the lost key fob. I also explained that I was going out of town on Friday and I wouldn't be back in town until Wednesday due to July 4th. I didn't want GEICO to charge me for the extra rental days so I had to ask Bruce how to handle the problem. He said Cushmans would pay for the extra rental days. I called my GEICO rep to explain the problem and he said he would contact Kevin about the issue. I get back into town on Wednesday and I hadn't received a call from Kevin to let me know that my car was ready. So I just show up on Wednesday at 5 pm to pick up my car unsure if it was ready. I walk in and the receptionist can't find my folder. She had to go to Kevin to get the paperwork and she stated that a file hadn't been created which surprised her. My car is brought around and the repair looked fine except for the two spots on the hood that unrelated to the deer damage. Kevin said he would touch up the two spots, so he circled them when we originally reviewed all the damage from the deer. I had to go into the shop and ask to see Kevin because the spots were not touched. Kevin got into the car and took it to the back to be touched up. Based on the lack of communication throughout my repair and the lost key fob, I expected everything to be completely finished when I picked up my car. I also expected someone to apologize for lack of communication and loss of key fob. Overall, I was surprised at the lack of communication and customer service. It would be very difficult for me to recommend Cushman's to anyone based on my experience.

Your staff went above and beyond to get our vehicle ready so we could take it on vacation. You did an excellent job and we are so appreciative of your generosity in helping us, even though you don't know us. We will highly recommend Cushman to all of our friends.

I have used Cushman's as my paint and body shop for many, many years. The service is always great and Brandon ensures the whole process is free from stress and worthwhile. I know my vehicle is in good hands.For these reasons, I shall always be a loyal customer.
