My car was bumped in a parking lot when it was parked. This was of course very aggravating. Jonathan Ditlow was very courteous and took charge of getting my car properly repaired. The body work was excellent. Thank you to Jonathan for arranging a rental from Vinart as well.

Would have been a better experience had I not picked it up with damage to my bumper that was not there when it was dropped off. I have the pictures to prove the damage was not there prior to being dropped off. Zach says they were. Not sure how that's possible. Both the insurance adjuster and me have pictures without the damage.

jon was great have patience theirs a lot of cars getting fixed. takes long but its done right and he gave me a loaner car for few days thats the way you do it.vinart collision center and car dealer the best in lehigh valley

Horrible all around! Where to start. I dropped my car off on a Saturday with very minor body work. No major damage. They replaced parts I didn't need such as a headlight which wasn't damaged and didn't adjust my hood which wasn't aligned. It took longer then they said it would and when I showed up at 5:50 on a Friday to pick my car up no one was to be found. I had to drive back up on Saturday and when I went to talk to the representative he didn't know nothing about my vehicle or repairs. When I went to leave my check engine light came on which was not on when I dropped it off. I have only 6,000 miles on a new vehicle. I told them to keep it until Monday when they can look at it. Monday they scanned my check engine light and said my 4 cyclinder misfired and I need to take it back to the dealer to get it fixed. This was after I had to call them up because I received no call back or updated on my car. Worst experience ever. A small dent and crack lead to ever more damage that I feel I shouldn't be responsible for. I will not recommend anyone in the future.

First, the email updates are completely useless, they only repeated that the car would be done Sept. 18, which was even repeated the day-after I was called on the 12th and informed it would be done the 14th. Also I am wondering why the final total was over 2000 dollars more than the estimate e-mailed to me the day I dropped off the car. That's a huge difference, yet no one communicated that to me, I would like to know what the hidden damages were, how safe is the car now, and fear rising insurances rates?

A 2 hour installation turned into 5 days and my insurance company covers only 80% of the daily rate. I understand there is always the possibility of a delay but when the first part was discovered with with a crack, we were told that a replacement part was to be overnighted. I was informed the next day that the part did not arrive. The service advisor mentioned about trying to get me coupons for the trouble but none were provided and no mention of them when I picked up my vehicle the day it was completed.

Very professional outfit. Friendly and efficient people and good communication along the way, until... Msg predicted 6pm pick up but website did not say car was finished. A 5:30 call to you determined that it was indeed finished. So I went to get it... And found you closed at 6:20. A very nice guy named Paul in the body shop found my key and got me to my car, but if he hasn't been there I would really have been in a mess.

The only issue was there was still glass shards in the back seat embedded into the small holes in the leather. This should have been cleaned up better. Thank you!
