Great job

When we showed up to pick up our car it had rubber molding hanging, carpet was not properly installed, and it had not been cleaned - boot tracks in the carpet, dust, etc. I complained and we were given a free rental car and $150 off our deductible. They also delivered the car to our home and picked up the rental. Overall they satisfied us in the end but it was an unpleasant experience. Also I received texts for weeks with the completion date and repair was on track. On the pickup date I called and was told they picked the wrong date, it would be another week. Then they informed me it was done a couple of days early but we found the issues noted above. It seems like there is total lack of quality control here. I picked Vinart because of the relationship with Lehigh Valley Honda where we purchased this vehicle and wanted it to be like factory new. Work seems to be good now but we shouldn't have had to deal with the issues we had.

I was especially delighted with the extra service od a cleaned (inside/outside)and detailed vehicle! Much appreciated touch!

I would have liked -for the price- a new bumper. Who knows what happens if this fix gets bumped again?? For the money, a new bumper should have been done.

I had to return my vehicle to have them redo the repair. It was still visable and you could feel where the repair had not been sanded or smoothed properly before it was painted.

Jeremy Apgar was awesome with his day to day updates of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Vinart collision center to everyone. My car look like it did when new. Gas cap door was not installed right. Would not open. Got called out of work to fix it while wife was attempting to refill. Had to smack open and bend latch with a screwdriver. This should have been tested after service to that area. Then noticed the rear passenger door is misaligned, does not close correctly. Further inspection shows that the rear hitch is also misaligned. Already called in about road noise from back rear at 45 mph. Bringing in back in today. Disappointed in service.

Overall very good work with my car, looks absolutely new and also quick service.

Although we had to wait an extra day for the work to get completed on our 2017 Hyundai, it was well worth the wait. The extra time was assurance the job would be done right. We are completely satisfied. State Farm gave us options on where to go. We chose Vinart Collision Center. No regrets!

The work was done quickly and the car looked great.

I'm not happy with the way the body parts line up, but I am told they are are close enough. I question how the final inspection is done, as the parts didn't line up, I had to point out the splash guard was cracked and not replaced, when I picked it up, dashboard lights were on, and I had to return for a rattle because the battery was not secured.

The repair work on the car was fantastic. It looked like new. But the best thing to me was that Vinart provided with a loaner car at no cost to me even though I didn't have that coverage with my insurance. Having a handicapped son, it is vital for me to have a car available for him in case of a medical emergency. You don't know how much that meant to me. Thank you so much! Denise Yost
