Was originally told car would be completed in **** week but ended up being 3 weeks which had me renting a car for that long with fees attached. If I would have known it was going to be that long I would have made other arrangments. I understand parts were delayed but kept being given incorrect dates for completion. The work was certainly satisfying though.

The service I received was wonderful. I was treated very nicely and felt as if I really mattered. Work looked great, and All the staff was really nice. Only issue is I failed to notice thar the passenger side rear blinker is hyper flashing. Don't know if it's the bulb or by arness ussue. It's the same side as all the damage was on. If ya can get that corrected, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you VINART.????????

Body work and repairs were done quickly and efficiently. But when receiving the car back the air conditioning was not working and that requires bringing the car back to get another thing fixed

Zach met with me almost immediately up on my arrival, answered all of my questions, handled contacting the insurance company (ugh) saw that the car was returned to like new condition and delivered when he said it would be ready...who could ask for anything more!

Mr. Apgar, Is a real asset to the Vinart Organization. His strife for excellent is very obvious with his very warm personally and his desire to please his customers. The painting work was a lot less than satisfied, apparently they didn't clean properly before final painting.
