I had asked to not have the badges added back to the vehicle (for money reasons). This was written on the work order by the estimator prior to work being done. However, when I picked it up... They had put the badges on anyways, and then charged me for them. I mentioned that this was wrong and didn't want to pay for it, and then the estimator spent maybe 5 mins or more trying to justify the extra charge even though I had the copy of the work order with the written adjustments with me. They finally agreed to remove the charge, but even then tried to make me feel bad by telling me they would have to take the charge out of their own paycheck. Aside from this experience, everything else was great. Work looks good, a rental was supplied, work was done quickly, and car was nice and clean when I picked it up.
