Everything worked out great. My car looked like nothing ever happened to it. I traded it in as I had planned before the accident happened. The guys from the dealer that evaluated my car for the trade could not tell that it was ever damaged. When I informed them of the accident they were more than surprised. The quality of the repair was the best. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

Had to take the car back found that head lights did not work. Paint did not match. Old damaged parts put back on vehicle air conditioner quit two times but would start back up when you cut the car off then back on. Head lights not secured at the bottom

My experience was amazing. Everything was just as It was explained to me in the beginning. The few times I had questions that I thought of I called and received answers quickly. As a customer I was treated with the highest respect. The work done by the body shop was excellent. My appraiser and contact person, Dave Cox, was very professional and I highly recommend him. My satisfaction level is a ten!

Dave was absolutely amazing. He met me at the shop at 730am (before his shift) so I could drop my car off, drive with me to my work and him take my car back so I wouldn't be late for work at 8 am. He went over everything they were going to fix and kept me up to date on all repairs and time lines. You don't find customer service like that anymore and he went above and beyond to help me. Please pass this along to him and tell him thanks for a great experience.
