I felt I got a pleasant and professional welcome from the clerk at the desk-she explained about the process and getting a rental car. Then I appreciated that when I called about pick up I got a thorough answer as to what had been done and the timeframe.

Quality materials, craftmenship, knowledge and attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is the goal with timely completion of work. The staff keep the consumer up to date on the progress of the work. I would use Prestige again and recommend them to anyone seeking quality work done in a timely fashion.

I appreciated the updates via phone and email on what work was being done and when my car would be ready. I also appreciated how nice and professional everyone I interacted with was. What I was most satisfied with was how Prestige worked directly with the insurance company, and I didn't have to be stuck in the middle.

The staff was wonderful! Helpful and and professional. My car was complete in a timely fashion, and they washed my car inside and out. I also got a free bottle water. I am so satisfied with this company I'd have all my friends and family go there if needed. Keep up the good work. 5 stars!
