My vehicle was recorded as a total loss, so no repairs were actually completed, but I did forget a few belongings in the vehicle. The staff was more than happy to allow me to go back into my truck and grab my belongings. Thanks for the hospitality and friendly service. It's always appreciated!

****. Paint at corner needed to be touched up before I left the body shop. It still is not to my satisfaction but I can live with it. 2. The gas cap was not reattached correctly. I did not think it needed to be removed for the repair work so I didn’t bother to check it before I left. I had to refuel my car a few days after I left the body shop. When I opened the gas cover the cap fell to the floor and was slightly damaged. I had to manually reattach the gas cap.

Hello there! First of all I want to say that “Prestige body works” sounds like a body shop that is on point with there work. I’ve been to other body shops in the past and have had a terrible experience due to lack of customer satisfaction and lack of professionalism. Caliber collision was one of those body shops and honestly I don’t see a difference between caliber and you guys! The lack of communication and knowledge this body shop has is ridiculous! ****. The repair estimate was way off from what it really costs. 2. The lack of security for my belongings in my car while it was in the shop was absurd!! I’m still missing an item form my car and it’s “nowhere to be found” in the shop! 3. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!! My whole left mirror had to be replaced and supposedly when I went to go pick up my car the second time it was “replaced” and “brand new”. It wasn’t freakin brand new man! It was the same one I had on. Lee said it was the warehouse workers that didn’t put it in BUT isn’t it his fault or whoever is in charge of them because they didn’t check up on it before I picked up my car. I was about to walk out with the same mirror and them not tell me ****, just keep it and save money. 4. NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Again going back to the word “Prestige”. The reason I went to this body shop was because my grandpa recommended me here. He said “this is a great body shop they did everything perfect and right on time, with no issues at all.” That was not the case with my chrome trim that was not placed on right “it was lifting up from a corner and was not repaired at all in that corner.” Also the warehouse guys messed up my tint! Like really???? They gotta be prestige when they work on my car! Right??? Alright that’s all I gotta say.... for now. “THANK YOU” for ur service and time. If it’s possible I would like some feedback from corporate about these situations. Peace out!
