The service & associates were great. Just one small issue, the repair took longer than expected. I think it was due to not being able to get the part and I had to pay an additional 2 day car rental. Other than that, the experience was great. Thank you,

The man that called and then met me at the office when I picked my car up was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated his offer of help when he saw that I had a cane. He seemed very happy and seemed to be enjoying his job.

The car was repaired to my satisfaction. I was very uncomfortable with my transactions with the personnel in the Body Shop. When I first brought my car in, I wasn't sure I was in the right place. First I went to the service area and they redirected me to the building next door. I walked in and there were four people: two women on the phone and a man and a woman at their desks. I stood there for awhile and no one looked at me or acknowledged my presence. So I looked around and sat down on an empty chair. One of the women got off the phone. Still no acknowledgement. Finally I got up and walked over to her. "Am I in the right place for body work"? She looked annoyed and said "Well I was on the phone". There was no sign, "Register here" or any indication who I was supposed to approach. She examined my car and said we would order parts. I made an appt to bring my car in today. I did bring the car in this morning and waited for a phone call. At 2:30 I needed to know whether I was going to get the car today or if I needed to arrange a ride to work in the morning. I called the Body Shop and was given Peggy's voicemail. I left a message to that regard and waited. No phone call. An hour later I called again. Got Peggy. "I was just finishing your paper work." "Is the car ready?" I asked. "Yes. I'll call you when the paperwork is finished." She also told me she would have the shuttle driver call me when he was coming to pick me up. I waited. No phone call. Concerned that I wouldn't be able to get a ride because it was getting late, I called again at 4:30. Again, she was "finishing my paperwork." The driver did pick me up and I was able to get my vehicle. The repair looked just fine and I was satisfied with that, as well as the efficiency and friendliness of the driver. However, my interactions with the personel in the Body Shop made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was doing something wrong. I wouldn't want to repeat that experience and would probably take my car elsewhere next time. I have been to that dealership many times (we only have driven Chryslers) and all the rest of the people I have dealt with from sales to service were very pleasant.

The work seems incomplete as i am missing the push pins that should have been put to hold the underbody of the car.
