I appreciated the e-mail update every day. I called several times and Theresa was always pleasant and knew what I was talking about. Jordan was especially knowledgable about the products to be used on my car and his friendly personality allowed me to feel comfortable in asking any question I might have. Mike accompanied me at check out with a walk around my car to the back bumper which was what was replaced and I am pleased with your work.
