I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work on my vehicle. There are zero indications that the vehicle was ever involved in the collision. However, I am dissatisfied with the poor communication during the time my vehicle was at the facility as well as the amount of time it took to complete.

Did not get correspondence until I contacted them directly and pushed for it. I also did not get my car for over almost four weeks because of a part not being in.

The body work looks great and I’m happy with all of the communication with the status of my car. The only issue I had was that the inside of my car was covered in a layer of dust. I’m not expecting a detailed cleaning but wiping down the dust from the body work being done would have been appreciated.
