Prior to repair I identified a engine noise caused by the rubbing on different parts when pump is activated due to bent bracket. After repair only some of the cruise control functions worked. It will need to be recalibrated.

I Highly Recommend Lindsay Collision Center Manassas, VA. This review can’t possibly capture the complete satisfaction I had with my entire experience with Lindsay Collision Center of Manassas VA. This is the second time we have used Lindsay Collision Center of Manassas. My 2021 Ram 1500 needed to have both of its passenger doors replaced. I knew right away there is no better place to get my Truck back to brand new, than Lindsay Collision Center. I am extremely meticulous with my vehicles and wanted to ensure that the repair would be as good as new. The truck ‘s original paint is two-tone, with metallic flakes, which could add some complexity to the repair. Lindsay handled all of that flawlessly. As anyone who has experienced their vehicle being damaged, it’s an emotional time, not to mention the stress of managing through the insurance claims process, adapting to a temporary schedule without the use of your vehicle for a period of time, wondering if your vehicle will look the way it did before the accident, etc. Lindsay Collision Center of Manassas removed the entire stress out of the process. They have the experience, facility, and staff that will ensure your vehicle looks like new and ensuring it is all back to original factory specifications. Lindsay Collision center utilizes state of the art equipment and technology. The entire staff takes pride in what they do and provide a great customer experience and quality work. I was frequently kept up to date with the progress of the work being done on my truck in many ways; online webpage, texts, and phone calls. It takes a culture, leadership, and motivated employees to deliver the level of customer satisfaction that level Lindsay Collision center does. My personal experience was highlighted by working with the best in the business; from the Collision Center Manager (Colby), my Service Advisor (Jonathan), the Lead Body Shop Foreman (Christopher), to the Lead Paint Foreman (John). The final outcome of the repair of my truck was as best it could be, and I absolutely couldn’t be happier.

Very clean and quality work. Not finished on projection date. Scheduled to get back 15th of November, did not receive till 22nd. Things happen I understand, and was communicated well, however still a small inconvenience.

Bumper was reinstalled carelessly and was damaged. Turn signal lights not reconnected, I had to reconnect them myself. Hood not repaired, is still crooked from impact.

Quality work product and professional employees.

There were imperfections in the paint and my driver seat was damaged during the repair. I met with an associate and a manager last Thursday and still have received no information or way ahead on a fix.
